Carmel Landing is a pet-friendly community, and is happy to accommodate up to two animals (either dog or cat) per apartment home. We’re sorry, but are unable to allow rodent-type animals such as rabbits, hampsters, guinea pigs, ferrets, etc. or reptiles of any kind. There is a $300 pet fee per apartment home, and a $20/month pet rent per pet. While we do not have a weight restriction on our furry friends, we do have a prohibited aggressive breeds list. If you think your four-legged friend may be on this list, please call ahead for restricted breeds. Thank you!
